At times when we look into the mirror we don’t like what we see we are our toughest critics! As we age we see the results of our genes, lifestyle, the way we take care of ourselves and our skin reflecting back at us.
In Face Yoga we learn to observe ourselves, we start to recognize what we are doing on a daily basis and what habits we have in the way we express ourselves. This awareness is the first key to change!
In a Face Yoga class I think that is the first step to take and from there on I support students in connecting deeper with and into themselves Together we dive into our inner and outer wellbeing so that we start to understand why we look and feel the way we do.
It is about stepping into your well being journey, to arrive back into your own power and take control over the way you look. It will reflect in the way you present yourself to the world and the way the world will respond back to you!
Face yoga is more than just a daily routine, practice or anti aging tool.
It is a lifestyle!
