Sun Salutation A
A tutorial to guide you through the Sun Salutation A sequence, the basic yoga sequence we all practice and from where it all begins.
To help you, new to yoga, find your way to start your yoga at home.
I hope it will inspire and motivate you to move, the only time we have is now!
Important: While going through any sequence please always remember to listen to your body; you can feel stiffness or tension in muscles as an uncomfortable sensation but it should never be sharp and painful, if so do please stop and adjust your pose!
We invite you to join us in this practice ♥

Meditative stress releasing shoulder sequence
This video will guide you through a relaxing and centering practice to release tension in the shoulders while grounding you more into your body.
Perfect to do after you’ve had a long day, releasing and preparing yourself for a good night sleep. You are giving yourself this moment in the day to do some self exploration and movement to re-connect to your body and at the same time opening up your shoulders and heart space.
We invite you to join us in this practice ♥
Nadi Shodhana / Alternate Nostril Breathing
Give yourself this time to practice and immediately feel centered & relaxed! Helps to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety while balancing the left (feminine) and right (masculine) side of the brain.
A great tool to have in your toolbox of life!
We invite you to try this short practice♥
Wake Up Flow
Start your day by slowly awakening the body, centering the mind and energizing yourself for the day ahead of you. It’s beginner friendly and easy to follow and do. You can even practice just out of bed, still in your pyjamas, even without a yoga mat!
Try it out and to let us know how you feel afterwards♥
Hamstrings and Hips Focus
This sequence opens your hips and hamstrings, while also working on your shoulders. It is a short but an all round practice and we hope it leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed.
When practicing yoga always listen to your body and stop or adjust when something doesn’t feel right. Use a bolster or blocks to bring the floor to you. Take the time to breath and connect to yourself.
We hope you try this at home and let us know how you feel afterwards!♥
Something to remember…
Be mindful with your body
When practicing online please be extra careful while going into poses, to make sure that it feels right for your body and it isn’t hurting you in any way. There is a guideline that has helped me a lot to identify weather I should move through the discomfort or back away and that is to feel… if the pain is sharp, come out and change, If it is like ‘aaah noo’ than go on 🙂
We are all different!
As our lives are all different, so are our bodies that have guided us through our lives. All experiences leave their mark on us, be it physical or emotional and because of this it makes sense that no yoga pose will look the same, ever! In no way you need to look the same way a yoga teacher looks in a pose! Honor your body and feel your way into the pose, with the guidelines of the teacher but without bothering about what it looks on the outside!
